The "More Jobs, Less Lawsuits" Tour is over for now, but the fight for legal reform is not. We covered a lot of ground and met a lot of great people and organizations. We even signed up new supporters. Hopefully we got people to think about the impact lawsuits are having on our state.
Is being ranked 47th in the nation for our legal climate acceptable? Are 1.6 million lawsuits a year acceptable? Is having candidates not answer where they stand on legal reform acceptable? None of it is acceptable. There must be change.
To the candidates that did not answer, the status quo is not acceptable. There are people watching and legal reform is a real issue. It matters just much as water, taxes, regulations and even immigration. So please do something about it.
