As reported in the Sacramento Business Journal and every major TV news network in Sacramento, a professional litigant has dropped her ADA lawsuit against Travis Hausauer, the owner of the famous Squeeze Inn burger joint. It was only because of public outcry that this lawsuit against the Squeeze Inn was dropped and unfortunately, the threat of future lawsuits is forcing Travis to move to a new location - and at a considerable cost to his family business. The outrage expressed by the community is consistent with a recent CALA survey that revealed that 7 in10 Sacramento County voters feel that lawsuit abuse is hurting the economy.
